I would like to suggest that you may also highlight on the importance of filling up the log book at RKKK counter upon handing the documents to the RKKK officer.

That is because recently my fellow pupil had encountered a horrible incident where he was informed that his notis penampalan hasn’t been done when he was trying to get it for his long call papers, merely because he did not fill in the log book accordingly when he first passed the borang 2 copies to the RKKK officer (as far as I can recall, I was instructed to fill in the log, otherwise god knows that we need to do so). To rub salt to his wound, he was informed that he either will need to fill the log now and wait for another 9 months, or he may do penampalan in each and every states on his own!! He now has no choice but to report the matter to the state bar committee and wait for the outcome before he could proceed further, hence unnecessary delay to his long call.
