I would suggest you to disable any securiy software ad firewall and then try to manually install the security update from the Microsoft Download Center, and then click Ignore when the error message is displayed. Download standalone packages of these updates and install. Make sure to enable Firewall, Antivirus once the update is installed. I would also suggest you to reset Windows Update Components. To reset the Windows Update components automatically, click the Fix it button or link.
